How ITO uses text messages, how often we send them, and how to stop them.
01Program
Text messages in this program come from Inayan Heavy Industries, doing business as Inayan Training Organization ("ITO", "we", "us"), and are sent through our customer messaging platform (GoHighLevel).
Program name: ITO Member & Training Updates.
02Consent (opt-in)
We text only people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive texts from ITO, for example by checking the SMS consent box on a sign-up or contact form where one is offered, or by texting us first.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not buy, rent, or share phone lists.
03What we send
- Membership and account notices (billing problems, renewals, important account changes).
- Member-area access help, including one-time access links and follow-ups while members move to our member portal.
- Class, seminar, and schedule updates you signed up for.
- Replies to questions or requests you send us.
We do not send promotional or marketing texts in this program.
04Message frequency
Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Replies you ask for (such as an access link) are sent on request.
05Message and data rates
Msg & data rates may apply. Message and data rates are set by your mobile carrier, not us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are available on supported U.S. carriers.
06Opt-out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one message confirming you are opted out, and then no more texts from this program. You can also email [email protected] and ask us to remove your number. To opt back in later, reply START or sign up again.

08Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are used only for this program. We do not sell them, and we do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers that send messages for us (such as our messaging platform and mobile carriers) process them only to deliver the program. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
