01Acceptance

Use of this site, an account, membership, or seminar booking from Inayan Heavy Industries, doing business as Inayan Training Organization (ITO), means you agree. In-person classes, day passes, and Bay Area School of Eskrima merchandise are on https://www.inayan-eskrima.biz under that site’s policies. Text-message programs are covered by our SMS Policy.

02Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account or buy a membership.

03Billing

Memberships recur and auto-renew until cancelled, in USD, through GHL Payments or Stripe. Prices may change with notice.

04Seminars

Booking shows fees, dates, locations, and cancellation rules. Fees are non-refundable after the stated deadline unless stated otherwise.

05Refunds

Checkout or portal policy controls refunds; accessed content is generally used. One-time purchases follow their checkout terms.

06Cancellation

Cancel in the portal or email [email protected]. Access continues through the paid period; no partial-month pro-rata unless law requires it.

07License

Active members get a limited personal license. No copying, downloading, sharing, re-hosting, recording, sublicensing, or selling material.

08Use and risk

No unauthorized recording, harassment, threats, hate speech, unsafe or unlawful use. Martial arts involves injury risk; content is as-is and no outcome is guaranteed.

09Third-party platforms

Some features connect to or publish on third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, and their availability or rules may change.

Where InayanEskrima publishes to YouTube, it uses YouTube API Services, and by using those features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

10Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you break these Terms, misuse paid content, put others at risk, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time as described in section 6. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content license limits, physical training risk, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive termination.

11Liability and law

Liability is capped at amounts paid in the prior 12 months to the extent allowed by law. California law applies; disputes are in Santa Clara County courts.

12Changes

Material updates may be emailed to active members and dated here; continued use accepts them.
